Jenny has spent her career championing professional speakers—helping them feel seen, supported, and connected as they build platforms that reflect who they truly are.
As an agent, representing top talent and coaching established voices, at some of the industry’s leading bureaus including Speakers Spotlight, BigSpeak, and APB, she has developed a rare, full-circle perspective on the speaking industry.
What’s always mattered most to Jenny is relationships. This industry thrives on trust, connection, and shared purpose, and that belief is at the heart of everything she creates.
After serving as Chief Community Officer at ImpactEleven, Jenny founded Village53 to continue her mission of bringing together the voices shaping the industry…leaders who know that while speaking may be a solo act, the journey is richer when traveled together.
